A Masterpiece by CJ Cai!! He did a fantastic job with an underwater theme knife depicting Seus on a water horse on one side and 2 mermaids on the other side. A gold toothpick is easily accessible with 2 diamonds on it's tip. The knife is beautifully engraved around all edges an on 98% of the knife.
